The Negroni was crafted over a century ago and still today this cocktail is the perfect blend of sweet, bitter and dry all rolled into one.

Best served in an old fashioned glass, stirred and not shaken. Infuse with gin and served over ice. For a lighter option top up with tonic water. Garnish with a slice of orange.
